As for who I am, I own a tavern in the Coal Region of Pennsylvania. We’ve played darts there since the very beginning, and they were always what is coming to be known as “American Style Darts”. Of course, never having been exposed to pub darts, we’ve always referred to our darting game as “Regular Darts, not those English ones”. I guess that shows a glimpse of the colonist’s mindset that survives here.
It didn’t take a lot of surfing on the internet to understand that people can go their entire lives and not know about our style of darting. So, I felt compelled to write a site about it. That’s how we got here.
